Keep your profile information accurate so we can send important communications about your account.
Update Your Name or Email
- Navigate to Account Settings → Profile
- Edit your name or email address in the relevant fields
- Click Save Changes
- If you changed your email, verify the new address using the confirmation link sent to it
Note: Your email address is used for account notifications, billing receipts, and support communications. Ensure it remains current and accessible.
Keep your account secure by maintaining a strong password and enabling multi-factor authentication.
Change Your Password
- Navigate to Account Settings → Security
- Click Change Password
- Enter your current password, then your new password twice
- Your new password must be at least 12 characters including letters, numbers, and symbols
- Click Update Password
Enable Multi-Factor Authentication
- Navigate to Account Settings → Security
- Under Two-Factor Authentication, click Enable
- Scan the QR code using an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator or Authy
- Enter the 6-digit code to confirm setup
- Save your backup codes in a secure location
View Active Sessions
- Navigate to Account Settings → Security → Active Sessions
- View all devices currently logged into your account
- Click Revoke next to any session you do not recognise
Important: If you suspect unauthorised access, change your password immediately and revoke all active sessions. Contact
our support team if you believe your account has been compromised.

Notification Settings
- Navigate to Account Settings → Preferences → Notifications
- Toggle notifications for execution completion, billing alerts, and platform updates
- Choose delivery method: in-platform, email, or both
- Click Save Preferences
Tip: Setting your time zone correctly ensures execution timestamps in audit logs match your local time, which is important for compliance records.
Organisation-enabled accounts support multiple users. Account administrators can invite, configure, and remove team members.

Invite a Team Member
- Navigate to Account Settings → Team
- Click Invite Member
- Enter the member's email address
- Assign a role: Viewer, Executor, or Admin
- Click Send Invitation
- The invited user will receive an email with instructions to join your team
Remove a Team Member
- Navigate to Account Settings → Team
- Find the member you wish to remove
- Click their name and select Remove from Team
- The member's access is revoked immediately
API keys allow you to integrate Majormatic into external tools and workflows. All API usage remains subject to platform governance and entitlement controls.
Generate an API Key
- Navigate to Account Settings → API Keys
- Click Generate New Key
- Enter a descriptive name for the key
- Click Create Key
- Copy the key immediately — it will only be shown once
Important: Store API keys securely. Never share them or include them in client-side code or version control. If a key is compromised, revoke it immediately.
Revoke an API Key
- Navigate to Account Settings → API Keys
- Find the key you wish to revoke
- Click Revoke next to the key
- Confirm revocation — this action cannot be undone
You can delete your account at any time. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Before deleting: Export any execution records, audit logs, or outputs you wish to retain. Once your account is deleted, this data cannot be recovered.
How to Delete Your Account
- Ensure you have exported any data you wish to keep
- Navigate to Account Settings → Account → Delete Account
- Read the confirmation information carefully
- Enter your password to confirm identity
- Click Permanently Delete Account
