🏛️
Majormatic is not a subscription AI tool.

This is infrastructure for governed professional work. You top up a Total Power wallet. Your wallet balance determines your tier. Every execution is priced individually based on task complexity via Budget Control™. You pay per run, not per month.

How Pricing Works

Two concepts govern every transaction on Majormatic: your Total Power wallet and Budget Control™.

Platform Economics, Not Token Billing

Majormatic does not charge for AI tokens. It charges for governed execution — a structurally different category of cost. Every run price reflects the full economics of delivering a validated, auditable, supervised output: compute, compliance infrastructure, storage, governance overhead, and payment processing. This is not AI tool pricing adjusted upward. It is infrastructure pricing designed from the ground up to sustain a platform where accountability, auditability, and human supervision are non-negotiable at every tier. The result is deterministic platform economics: you always know what a run costs, why it costs what it does, and what that cost includes.

💳

Total Power Wallet

You deposit funds into your Total Power wallet. This balance is your spending capacity on the platform. It does not expire on a fixed schedule — credits roll on a 12-month rolling basis from the date of each top-up. Your wallet balance also determines your tier status, unlocking features and pricing conditions as it grows.

⚙️

Budget Control™

Budget Control™ is the structured pricing system that determines the cost of each individual execution. Price is not flat. It is calculated from the computational weight of the task — the complexity of the app, the volume of inputs, the depth of processing required. Heavier tasks cost more. Micro-tasks cost less. You always see the price before you run.

🔍

Pre-Stage Pricing Transparency

Before every stage execution — whether a standalone task or a stage inside a multi-step workflow pipeline — the platform displays the exact cost. You confirm or cancel. There are no post-run billing surprises. The deduction is made from your Total Power wallet at the point of execution. Your remaining balance is visible at all times.

📊

Tier by Balance

Your tier is determined automatically by your current wallet balance. As your balance grows through top-ups, your tier upgrades and you access better pricing conditions, additional seats, and expanded governance features. If your balance drops below a tier threshold, your status adjusts accordingly.

Tier Status

Your tier is set automatically by your Total Power wallet balance. Top up to unlock the next tier.

Large-Task Discount

📉

Budget Control™ calculates the pre-run price for every execution based on its actual computational weight. For demanding tasks where that pre-run price exceeds £159, a 15% Large-Task Discount is applied automatically to the Budget Control™ calculated price before you confirm. The discounted total is what you see in the confirmation screen. The deduction from your wallet reflects the discounted amount.

This discount recognises that high-complexity professional work — multi-document analysis, extended legal reasoning, deep structured drafting — warrants pricing efficiency at scale. It is applied without any manual configuration, coupon, or request. It is a structural feature of the pricing model at Premium and Enterprise tiers.

Available on: Premium tier and Enterprise tier only.

What Every Execution Includes

Governance is not an add-on. It is built into every execution at every tier.

Mandatory Supervision Gate

Every execution produces a draft. Outputs are not finalised until a qualified user explicitly acknowledges them. This cannot be bypassed at any tier.

📋

Immutable Audit Trail

Every execution is logged with inputs, outputs, governance decisions, and acknowledgement records. Records are immutable and timestamped from the moment of creation.

🔒

Schema-Validated Outputs

Outputs are validated against a declared schema before delivery. An output that fails validation is rejected and the execution is not charged. Consistency is enforced at the platform level.

💰

Pre-Run Cost Confirmation

Budget Control™ displays the exact execution cost before you commit. You see the price, confirm, and the deduction is made. No post-run billing adjustments.

🏛️

Professional Responsibility Preserved

The platform is built on the principle that AI is infrastructure, human is authority. All outputs are drafts until acknowledged and finalised. Execution risk classification (LOW / MEDIUM / HIGH / CRITICAL) determines the approval depth required. Majormatic does not substitute for professional judgement.

📊

Execution History & Export

Your complete execution history is accessible and exportable at any time. Records are available for compliance review, audit, and matter file management.

Budget Control™

Structured pricing for structured work. Budget Control™ ensures every execution is priced predictably and transparently.

1

Complexity-Based Pricing

The cost of each run reflects the actual processing required. A one-page summary costs less than a multi-document analysis. Price is proportionate to work.

2

Pre-Run Disclosure

Before every execution, Budget Control™ calculates and displays the cost. You can review and cancel without charge. Execution only proceeds on confirmation.

3

Wallet Alerts

Configure low-balance alerts on your Total Power wallet. Receive notification when your balance approaches a defined threshold, giving you time to top up before access is affected.

4

No Charge on Failure

If an execution fails due to a platform issue or fails schema validation, it is not charged. Your wallet is only debited for executions that complete and are delivered as a reviewable draft.

5

Tier-Responsive Pricing

Your tier status affects pricing conditions — including the minimum floor, large-task discount eligibility, and seat-level controls. Pricing scales with your commitment to the platform.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this a monthly subscription?

No. Majormatic uses a wallet-based model. You top up your Total Power balance when you need to. There are no monthly subscription fees, no rolling contracts, and no bundled execution quotas.

Why does the Top-Up tier have a £14.99 minimum run price?

The £14.99 floor is a platform protection floor, not a penalty. Every execution on Majormatic — regardless of task size — activates the full governance stack: schema validation, supervision gates, audit logging, immutable record creation, and compliance infrastructure. These components operate at a fixed cost that does not scale to zero. The floor ensures the platform can sustain that infrastructure for every run. At Pro tier and above, task pricing reflects actual computational weight without a floor applied.

How is the price of a run determined?

Each execution is priced by Budget Control™ based on the computational weight of the task — the complexity of the app, the volume of inputs, and the depth of processing required. The price reflects the full cost of governed execution: compute, governance infrastructure, storage, and processing. You see the exact price before confirming. This is not token billing — it is infrastructure economics.

What happens to unused credits?

Credits carry a 12-month rolling expiry from the date of top-up. Unused credits within the first 14 days are eligible for a full refund. After 14 days, unused credits are converted to Service Credit, which remains available for future use until expiry.

How do I move to a higher tier?

Top up your Total Power wallet to the threshold for the tier you want. Tier status updates automatically when your balance crosses the relevant threshold. There is no application or approval process.

What happens if my Enterprise wallet drops below £1,999.99?

Your tier status will automatically adjust to reflect your current balance. Governance features and seat access associated with Enterprise tier will be affected. You can restore Enterprise status by topping up to £1,999.99 or above.

Does the Large-Task Discount apply automatically?

Yes. On Premium and Enterprise tiers, the 15% Large-Task Discount is applied automatically by Budget Control™ to the calculated pre-run price when that price exceeds £159. The discounted total is shown in the pre-run confirmation before you commit. No code, coupon, or manual action is required. The wallet deduction reflects the discounted amount.

Am I charged for failed executions?

No. If an execution fails due to a platform issue or fails output schema validation, it is not charged. Your wallet is only debited for executions that complete successfully and are delivered as a reviewable draft.

How are additional Enterprise seats added?

Each additional seat beyond the included five requires a £299.99 external top-up per seat. This top-up is added to the shared firm wallet and resets the 12-month credit clock for that seat allocation. Contact our sales team to configure additional seat access on your Enterprise account.

Infrastructure Pricing for Serious Work

Majormatic is not priced like a consumer AI tool. It is priced like the professional infrastructure it is — proportionate to stage complexity, governed at every step, and structured for environments where accountability is not optional.

Every stage execution is supervised. Every output is a draft until acknowledged and finalised by a qualified professional. Every cost is disclosed before it is incurred. Every finalised record is immutable and audit-sealed. This is what governed execution looks like inside a Process Orchestration Platform.
