Majormatic operates a prepaid execution balance system. There are no subscriptions, no monthly quotas, and no recurring charges. Every execution is priced individually by Budget Control™ and confirmed before it runs.
Budget Control™ is Majormatic's structured execution pricing system. It determines the cost of every individual run based on the computational weight of the task — not a flat rate, not a token count, not a monthly bundle.
When you initiate an execution, Budget Control™ calculates the pre-run price and presents it to you before anything executes. You review the cost and confirm. Execution proceeds only on explicit confirmation. The calculated amount is deducted from your Total Power wallet at that point.
This model produces deterministic billing: every cost is known before it is incurred, every deduction is traceable, and every execution record is immutable. There are no post-run billing adjustments and no hidden compute costs.
You see the exact cost before you confirm. No surprises after execution.
Heavier tasks cost more. Lighter tasks cost less. Price reflects actual work.
Funds are drawn from your Total Power wallet at point of execution. No invoicing lag.
If an execution fails or is rejected by schema validation, your wallet is not debited.
Each execution on Majormatic is priced as a complete governed transaction. The per-run price reflects the full cost of delivering a validated, auditable, supervised output — including AI processing, infrastructure, governance overhead, compliance layer operation, storage, and payment processing.
This is not AI token billing adjusted upward. Majormatic's pricing is structured around the economics of operating a governed execution platform: every run activates supervision gates, schema validation, immutable audit logging, and human acknowledgement infrastructure regardless of task size. These components operate at real cost on every execution.
Your tier status is determined automatically by your current Total Power wallet balance. There is no application process. As your balance grows through top-ups, your tier upgrades and you access improved pricing conditions and additional capabilities. If your balance falls below a tier threshold, your status adjusts accordingly.
For evaluation, occasional use, and sole practitioners with low-frequency requirements.
For daily practitioners running frequent tasks across multiple matter types.
For high-complexity litigation, document-intensive work, and demanding execution patterns.
For law firms, multi-seat governance infrastructure, and organisations requiring shared oversight and compliance controls.
On Premium and Enterprise tiers, a 15% Large-Task Discount is applied automatically by Budget Control™ when the calculated pre-run price for a single execution exceeds £159.
The discount is applied to the Budget Control™ calculated price before the confirmation screen is presented to you. The discounted total is the figure you confirm and the amount deducted from your wallet. There is no code, coupon, or request required.
At the Top-Up tier, every execution carries a platform protection floor of £14.99 per run. This is the minimum amount deducted from the wallet for any execution at this tier, regardless of the task's computational weight.
This floor is not a penalty. It reflects the minimum operational activation cost of governed execution at this tier: supervision gates, schema validation, audit record creation, immutable logging, and compliance infrastructure all activate on every run at a fixed baseline cost, regardless of task weight. The floor ensures the platform can sustain that activation for every execution, including low-weight tasks.
At Pro, Premium, and Enterprise tiers, no minimum floor applies. Executions are priced according to their actual computational weight as calculated by Budget Control™, with no floor imposed.
All Total Power wallet credits carry a 12-month rolling expiry from the date of each individual top-up. The 12-month clock runs from the specific transaction, not from account creation or any arbitrary fixed date.
Each top-up transaction has its own 12-month expiry window. If you top up on multiple occasions, each tranche of credits expires 12 months from its own transaction date. Credits are consumed in chronological order — oldest credits are used first.
If your wallet balance reaches £0.00, the account clock does not restart automatically. To restore an active balance and re-establish tier eligibility, you must make a new top-up. The new top-up establishes a fresh 12-month expiry window for the deposited amount. A minimum top-up of £0.01 is technically sufficient to register a balance, though it would place the account at Top-Up tier status only.
The platform consumes credits in first-in, first-out (FIFO) order. Credits from earlier top-ups are depleted before more recently deposited credits. This is handled automatically and reflected in your billing history.
Majormatic operates a 14-day refund window on unused Total Power wallet credits from the date of each top-up transaction.
If you have deposited funds into your wallet and have not used them, you may request a full refund of the unused amount within 14 calendar days of the top-up transaction. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
After the 14-day refund window closes for a given top-up tranche, any unused credits from that tranche are reclassified as Service Credit.
Service Credit is non-refundable wallet balance that remains available for use on the platform. It functions identically to standard Total Power wallet credits for the purpose of executing runs — it contributes to tier status calculations, is consumed by Budget Control™ in normal FIFO order, and carries the remaining duration of its original 12-month expiry window.
Service Credit cannot be withdrawn, refunded, transferred, or exchanged for cash or any other form of value. It is a platform credit only.
Credits deposited. 12-month expiry clock starts. 14-day refund window opens.
Refund window closes. Unused credits reclassified as Service Credit. Not refundable after this point.
Service Credit expires. Remaining balance removed from wallet at expiry date.
Majormatic operates a three-level balance alert system to notify you before your wallet approaches critical thresholds. Alerts are delivered via in-platform notification and email.
Triggered when your wallet balance falls to 30% of the threshold for your current tier. This is an early advisory notification. No restriction applies. You are encouraged to top up to maintain uninterrupted tier status.
Triggered when your wallet balance falls to 15% of the threshold for your current tier. No execution restriction applies at this level, but tier downgrade is imminent if the balance continues to decline. Top-up is strongly recommended to prevent tier adjustment.
Triggered when your wallet balance drops below the minimum threshold for your current tier. Your tier status adjusts immediately to the tier corresponding to your new balance. Execution continues under the conditions of the lower tier. No grace period is applied.
Majormatic operates a strict hard firewall on execution access. The platform does not permit executions to proceed when the Total Power wallet balance is insufficient to cover the confirmed pre-run price.
At the point of execution confirmation, Budget Control™ checks that your wallet balance is equal to or greater than the confirmed pre-run price. If the balance is insufficient:
On Enterprise tier, the firewall operates at the shared wallet level. If the collective firm wallet balance reaches £0.00, all seats under that wallet are blocked from execution simultaneously. No individual seat is exempt. The account administrator must top up the shared wallet to restore execution access across all seats.
Majormatic Ltd is registered for VAT in the United Kingdom. All pre-run prices presented by Budget Control™ are shown inclusive of UK VAT where applicable. The confirmed amount you see before execution is the all-inclusive total.
VAT is not charged on wallet top-up transactions. Top-up deposits are prepayment of a credit balance. VAT is applied at the point of execution and is included within the Budget Control™ pre-run price calculation.
A VAT receipt is generated automatically for each execution and is available from your billing history. Receipts are accessible as PDF downloads and include all information required for VAT reclaim purposes.
If you are purchasing on behalf of a VAT-registered business, you may add your VAT registration number and company details to your billing profile. These will appear on all future execution receipts.
Users outside the United Kingdom should consult their local tax adviser regarding the treatment of Majormatic execution costs under applicable local tax law. Majormatic Ltd is a UK entity and prices are denominated in GBP, shown inclusive of UK VAT where applicable.
Majormatic does not operate a subscription model. There are no monthly fees, no annual contracts, no seat licences, and no execution bundles. The following clarifications apply to common queries:
You are not billed on a recurring schedule. No charge is applied unless you execute a run. An account with a non-zero wallet balance and no executions incurs no charges other than the natural passage of the 12-month credit expiry window.
There is no monthly execution allowance, no cap on runs per period, and no rollover logic. You may execute as many or as few runs as your wallet balance supports. Budget Control™ prices each run individually.
Majormatic does not store payment card details for recurring billing. Top-ups are one-time transactions. You initiate each top-up manually. There is no auto-renew, no auto-top-up by default, and no standing charge.
Because there is no subscription, there is nothing to cancel. If you stop topping up and your balance reaches zero, execution access is suspended automatically. Your account and execution history remain accessible for the duration of standard retention periods.
Your tier status reflects your current wallet balance. It is not a contract term, a committed period, or a minimum spend obligation. It adjusts in real time as your balance changes. Topping up upgrades you. Drawing down may reduce your tier.
Majormatic does not sell execution bundles or additional execution packs at a flat rate. Additional execution capacity is obtained by topping up your Total Power wallet to a higher balance, which may also improve your tier status.
