Run an App

Apps are available from the Start Menu. Running an app involves selecting an engine, choosing an app, providing structured inputs, and confirming execution. The platform validates your inputs before proceeding.

  1. Log in to your account at majormatic.com
  2. Open the Start Menu and navigate to Engines
  3. Select the engine that matches your task type, then choose an app
  4. Fill in all required input fields — required fields are marked with an asterisk (*)
  5. Upload any required documents using the file upload fields
  6. Review the pre-execution cost estimate displayed on screen
  7. Click Run to start the execution
  8. Wait for execution to complete — a progress indicator will be shown
  9. Your draft output will appear when execution is complete
Tip: If input validation fails, the platform will highlight which fields need attention. Correct the inputs and try again — validation errors do not deduct from your wallet balance.
Note: Execution time varies by app complexity. Simple apps typically complete in under 30 seconds. Complex multi-stage apps may take several minutes.

Browse Appstream

Appstream is where Expert-published ABI Apps are listed. It is accessible from the main navigation and is separate from built-in platform apps.

  1. Log in to your account at majormatic.com
  2. Click the Appstream link in the top navigation bar
  3. Browse apps by category or use the search bar to find specific tasks
  4. Click an app to view its description, required inputs, output format, and estimated cost
  5. Select Use This App to begin an execution
Tip: Review the app description fully before selecting. Pay attention to the input requirements and output format to ensure the app matches your task.

Review & Acknowledge Outputs

All outputs are drafts until you explicitly acknowledge them. This step is mandatory and cannot be skipped. It preserves your professional responsibility and creates an audit record.

  1. Read the draft output in full — review every section carefully
  2. Verify that the content is accurate, complete, and appropriate for professional use
  3. Check that all required sections are present and correctly structured
  4. If the output is unsatisfactory, do not acknowledge — re-run with improved inputs
  5. When satisfied, click Acknowledge Output
  6. Confirm the acknowledgement in the dialogue box that appears
  7. An audit record is created automatically with your identity and timestamp
Important: Acknowledging an output means you accept professional responsibility for its contents. Only acknowledge outputs you have reviewed and consider fit for their intended purpose.

Understand Output Versions

Every output in Majormatic is version-controlled. Outputs are never overwritten — each stage of the output lifecycle creates a distinct, auditable version.

v1
System-generated output

Created when the platform finalises a run. Immutable from the point of finalisation. Stored in your Generated Vault — the current interface label for your Output Vault — with a sealed audit record.

v2
User-edited version

Created if you edit the draft before acknowledging, where the app permits user edits. Both v1 and v2 are preserved.

v3
Re-execution version

Created when you re-run the same app. Each re-run is a new execution with a new audit trace and billing record.

Rule: Outputs are never overwritten. Every version is preserved independently and linked to its own audit record.
🔁

Re-Run an Execution

You can re-run any previous execution with the same or modified inputs. Each re-run creates a new execution with its own run ID, audit trace, and billing lifecycle.

  1. Navigate to your Execution History in the account dashboard
  2. Find the execution you want to re-run and click to open it
  3. Click Re-Run — the input form reopens with your previous inputs pre-filled
  4. Review and modify inputs if needed
  5. Review the pre-execution cost estimate — a re-run is charged as a new execution
  6. Click Run to start the new execution
  7. Review and acknowledge the new draft output
Important: Every re-run is a separate billable execution. Review the cost estimate before confirming.
📊

Access Audit Logs

Every execution creates an immutable audit log entry. You can access these records from your account dashboard.

  1. Log in and navigate to your Account Dashboard
  2. Select Execution History from the sidebar
  3. Browse your execution history — entries are listed in reverse chronological order
  4. Click any entry to view its full audit record
  5. Use the filters to search by date range, app, or acknowledgement status
  6. Click Export to download the audit record as a PDF or JSON file
📤

Export Outputs

Finalised outputs can be exported via two paths — from the Stage Detail Panel in Workspace, or by opening the sealed record in the Generated Vault.

Path 1 — Stage Detail Panel (Workspace)

  1. Log in and open Workspace
  2. Navigate to the project and click the finalised run to open the Stage Detail Panel
  3. Click Export JSON ↓ or Export TXT ↓
  4. The file downloads to your device

Path 2 — Generated Vault record view

  1. Open the Generated Vault from the navigation
  2. Find the finalised output in the table and click View
  3. Inside the sealed record, select your preferred export format (DOCX, PDF, TXT, or JSON)
  4. The file downloads to your device
Tip: Export buttons appear only for finalised runs. Runs in acknowledged state must be finalised before export is available. The Generated Vault table shows View only — open the sealed record first to access export options.

  1. Navigate to Account SettingsTeam
  2. Click Invite Member and enter the email address
  3. Assign a role: Viewer, Executor, or Admin
  4. The invited user will receive an email with instructions to join
  5. To remove a member, click their name and select Remove from Team
Note: Team management features are available to organisation-enabled accounts.
🔌

Use the API

The Majormatic API allows you to integrate governed execution into your own tools and workflows. All API requests remain subject to platform governance and entitlement controls.

  1. Navigate to Account SettingsAPI Keys
  2. Click Generate New Key and give it a descriptive name
  3. Copy the key immediately — it will not be shown again
  4. Include the key in your API requests using the Authorization: Bearer header
Important: Treat API keys like passwords. Do not share them or commit them to version control. You can revoke and regenerate keys at any time from your account settings.
