Everything you need to know to set up your account and run your first governed execution.
Visit majormatic.com and register for an account. No subscriptions — add funds to your execution wallet and pay per execution. You'll see the estimated cost before running an app.
Once logged in, open the Start Menu and select Engines. Built-in apps are organised by engine type and are immediately available — no additional setup required.
Appstream (accessible from the top navigation bar) allows you to browse third-party marketplace apps published by independent developers. Appstream is optional and separate from built-in apps.
Choose an app that matches your task. Each app shows its description, required inputs, output format, and estimated execution cost before you commit to running it. Each execution deducts from your wallet balance.
Fill in the structured input form. Each field has a clear label and description. Some apps accept document uploads; others use text fields. All required fields are clearly marked.
After execution, you'll receive a structured draft output. Review it carefully — check all sections, verify accuracy, and assess whether it meets your professional standards.
When satisfied with the output, explicitly acknowledge it. This creates an audit record and confirms your professional responsibility. Next, finalise the output to seal it permanently to the Generated Vault, making it immutable. Generated Vault is the current interface label for your Output Vault. Once finalised, export it from the Stage Detail Panel in Workspace (JSON or TXT) or by opening the sealed record in the Generated Vault (DOCX, PDF, TXT, or JSON).
Apps are structured task definitions created by domain experts. Each app defines what inputs it needs, what output it produces, and what quality standards apply. You select an app rather than writing a prompt.
An execution is one complete run of an app. Before running an app, you will see an estimated execution cost. Executions deduct from your prepaid wallet balance. If an execution fails due to a platform error, the deduction is automatically reversed.
Billing explained →All outputs are drafts until you explicitly acknowledge them. This is a deliberate design choice that preserves your professional responsibility and prevents AI from making decisions on your behalf.
Why acknowledgement matters →Every execution creates an immutable audit record. You can view your execution history, review past outputs, and export records for compliance purposes through your account dashboard.
Accessing audit logs →Appstream is the marketplace for third-party apps published by independent developers. It is accessible from the top navigation bar. Built-in platform apps are available directly from the Start Menu — browsing Appstream is entirely optional.
Browse Appstream →Majormatic uses a prepaid execution wallet — no subscriptions, no monthly allowances. Add funds to your wallet and each execution deducts from your balance. You'll always see the estimated cost before you run an app.
Pricing details →Every output is version-controlled. After finalisation, the system-generated result becomes v1 — immutable. If you edit a draft, your changes become v2. When you re-run an execution, the new result is v3. Outputs are never overwritten; all versions are preserved and audit-linked.
Output versioning explained →Before running an app, read its full description. Understand what it produces, what inputs work best, and any limitations noted by the developer.
Gather all required information before starting. Incomplete or low-quality inputs will produce lower-quality outputs. The platform validates inputs before execution begins.
Don't rush the acknowledgement step. Budget time to properly review the draft output before confirming it. Professional quality requires professional review.
If an execution fails due to a platform error, the deduction is automatically reversed and you can retry at no additional cost. Input validation errors are shown before execution begins, before any wallet balance is deducted.
Once finalised, export your output from the Stage Detail Panel in Workspace — use the Export JSON or Export TXT buttons. For additional formats such as DOCX and PDF, open the sealed record from the Generated Vault.
