Workspace is the project organisation layer inside Majormatic. It keeps your execution history, active runs, and saved outputs organised by project — so every piece of professional work stays traceable and accessible.
Workspace uses a project-based structure. Each project is a self-contained environment for a matter, case, client, or research topic.
Create a project for each matter or engagement. All executions, inputs, and outputs within a project are grouped together and accessible from the project view.
Every app execution is recorded as a run within its project. Runs show their current state — executing, draft awaiting review, acknowledged, finalised, or failed — at a glance.
Finalised outputs are sealed to the Output Vault (shown in the current interface as Generated Vault) and linked to their project. Every output remains accessible from the project it belongs to, even after the execution is complete.
Active executions in progress. Each shows which pipeline stage is currently running.
Runs that have completed and produced a draft output waiting for your review and acknowledgement.
Outputs you have reviewed and acknowledged. Finalised outputs are immutable and sealed to the Vault.
Executions that did not complete. Failed runs are not charged and can be re-run with the same or modified inputs.
Click any run to open its Stage Detail Panel. Review draft output, acknowledge responsibility, finalise to the Vault, and export finalised results — all without leaving Workspace.
Professional work requires organisation. Without a structured workspace, executions become disconnected events — hard to find, hard to compare, hard to present to a client or regulator. Workspace ensures every run belongs to a project and every project has a complete, traceable history.
For enterprise teams, Workspace supports multiple concurrent projects across multiple users. Each user sees their own runs within shared projects, with access controls enforced by the organisation's admin settings.
