Every important action on Majormatic is recorded in an immutable, append-only audit trail. Runs are traceable from creation to finalisation. Records cannot be modified or deleted.
Audit is not optional and cannot be disabled. It is a structural property of the platform. If it is not in the audit trail, it did not happen.
Once written, audit records cannot be modified or deleted. They form a permanent, tamper-evident record that can be produced to any regulator, auditor, or legal authority.
Finalisation creates a permanent, explicit accountability boundary. Before finalisation, outputs are platform-managed drafts. After finalisation, they are user-owned decisions with a sealed audit signature.
Every execution records: the app and version used, who ran it, what governance was applied, when supervision events occurred, who acknowledged, and when the output was finalised.
Every run has a unique identifier. You can trace any finalised output back to its execution — who ran it, what inputs were provided, what governance applied, and when it was acknowledged.
Run creation, execution start, pipeline stages completed, output produced, and terminal state reached. Each event is timestamped and permanent.
Who acknowledged an output, when, with what identity. Rejection events with reason. Finalisation records with sealed audit signature. All user decisions are traceable.
Which governance profile was applied, which supervision requirements were enforced, which output validation checks ran, and whether policies were met.
Pre-run cost calculation, wallet reservation, actual cost settled on finalisation. Reversal records for failed runs. Every financial event is auditable.
Authentication events, session management, access control decisions. Security-relevant actions are logged for compliance review.
When Vault objects are accessed — input files downloaded, output files exported. Access is logged with identity and timestamp.
Enterprise accounts can access, search, filter, and export audit records through the Admin Dashboard. Exports are available in JSON, CSV, and PDF formats.
