Frequently asked questions about Majormatic for organisations, compliance teams, and enterprise buyers.
Majormatic is a Process Orchestration Platform for governed professional AI execution, powered by GEOS. It is professional infrastructure for running governed execution workflows — not a general-purpose tool, conversational AI tool, or automation platform. It is designed for organisations that need traceable, supervised, auditable outputs from structured professional workflows.
Every execution produces a governed draft. Outputs are not finalised until a qualified professional explicitly acknowledges them. Every action is recorded. Every finalised output is immutable and audit-sealed.
Enterprise overview →Majormatic is governed execution infrastructure, not a conversational AI tool. The key differences are:
An Enterprise account is an organisation-level account on Majormatic. It provides a shared Total Power wallet, multi-seat access, an admin dashboard, firm-wide audit logs, governance policy configuration, and priority support. Enterprise status is determined automatically by your Total Power wallet balance (£1,999.99 or above).
See pricing tiers →Contact our enterprise team to discuss your organisation's requirements. We offer onboarding assistance, configuration support, and dedicated account management for enterprise accounts. For large organisations, custom arrangements may be available.
Contact enterprise sales →Every execution on Majormatic creates an immutable audit record. The record captures the execution timeline, user actions, governance decisions applied, supervision events, and the finalisation record. Records cannot be modified or deleted. They are accessible to admins with audit permissions from the Admin Dashboard and can be exported in JSON, CSV, or PDF format.
Compliance & Audit guide →Majormatic is GDPR-aligned. The platform supports all four core data subject rights — access, erasure, rectification, and portability. Admins can process data subject requests through the Admin Dashboard. A Data Processing Agreement is available for enterprise customers. Contact our legal team for DPA requests.
GDPR details →Yes. Enterprise admins can configure organisation-level supervision policies that apply to all executions within the account. You can mandate acknowledgement for all executions regardless of the app's individual settings. You can also configure multi-level supervision — for example, requiring a manager or compliance officer approval for outputs above a defined risk threshold. Organisation policies can only be more restrictive than platform defaults, never less.
Supervision control guide →Majormatic is designed for professional domains where outputs require traceability, supervision, and accountability. Current supported domains include Legal, Finance, Compliance, and Research. Apps in these domains cover tasks such as legal memo drafting, contract analysis, financial assessment, compliance document generation, and structured research output. Each app is published by a verified Expert who has accepted professional responsibility for it.
Enterprise accounts include 5 seats. Additional seats can be added at £299.99 per seat (added to the shared wallet). Each seat addition resets the 12-month credit clock for that allocation. Contact our enterprise team for volume arrangements.
Enterprise accounts support four roles: Admin (full management access), Manager (team-level governance and multi-level approvals), User (execution and acknowledgement), and Reviewer (acknowledgement only, cannot execute independently). Admins can configure specific permissions for each role within the bounds of platform governance.
User management guide →Yes. Enterprise admins can create an allowlist (only approved apps permitted) or a blocklist (specific apps blocked) for their organisation. By default, all approved Appstream apps are available to organisation users. You can also manage and promote internal organisation apps to make domain-specific tools the primary option for your team.
App control guide →Single sign-on integration is available for enterprise service agreements. Supported protocols include SAML and OIDC. Contact your account representative to configure SSO with your identity provider.
Yes. Enterprise admins can enforce multi-factor authentication for all users in the organisation. Users who have not enabled MFA are blocked from platform access until setup is complete. This setting is managed from the Admin Dashboard under Security Controls.
Majormatic uses a 3-layer data architecture: Input Vault for uploaded source and context materials (30-day active window; shown in the current interface as Primary Vault), Output Vault for sealed outputs (current interface: Generated Vault), and a Governance Store for supervision and audit records. All data is protected with role-based access control — users can only access their own organisation's data. Platform-level security controls are enforced on every request. Your organisation's data is never shared with or accessible to other organisations.
Security posture →Enterprise accounts use a shared Total Power wallet. All users draw from the same shared balance. Admins can set per-user or per-team spending limits. You always see the estimated cost before any execution proceeds. Charges only apply after execution completion and finalisation — failed or uncompleted executions are not charged.
Full pricing details →Yes. On Enterprise accounts, a 15% Large-Task Discount is applied automatically to any execution where the pre-run price exceeds £159. The discounted total is shown before you confirm. No manual action is required.
Enterprise status requires a Total Power wallet balance of £1,999.99 or above. If the shared wallet balance drops below this threshold, your tier status adjusts automatically and Enterprise-specific features are affected. You can restore Enterprise status by topping up the shared wallet to £1,999.99 or above. The Admin Dashboard shows current balance and status at all times.
Appstream is the Majormatic registry of ABI Apps — governed execution tools built and published by verified Experts. Every app in Appstream has been validated, reviewed, and published by a domain professional who has accepted professional responsibility for it via the Digital Oath. Apps are ranked by performance, authority, and user trust signals.
Yes. Enterprise accounts support internal apps — ABI Apps visible only to your organisation. Internal apps go through the same validation and governance review as public apps to ensure quality and compliance standards are maintained. They do not appear in the public Appstream catalogue. Contact our enterprise team to discuss private app publishing for your organisation.
Every execution produces a draft output. Whether a specific app requires explicit acknowledgement before finalisation depends on the app's governance configuration and your organisation's policy settings. For legal, financial, and regulatory outputs, human acknowledgement is always required. Enterprise admins can mandate acknowledgement for all executions across the organisation, regardless of the app's individual settings.
Our enterprise team can discuss your organisation's specific requirements and answer detailed questions about governance, compliance, and custom arrangements.
