The Platform

Majormatic is a governed AI execution platform for professional work. It transforms AI from unpredictable conversations into structured, auditable, validated execution. You select apps that define specific tasks, provide inputs, and receive consistent outputs — with mandatory human supervision before any output is finalised.

Learn more about Majormatic →

No. Majormatic is execution infrastructure, not a conversational AI. You don't write prompts and hope for the right answer. You select structured apps, provide defined inputs, and receive validated outputs every time. The experience is closer to running a professional tool than chatting with an assistant.

How it works →

Appstream is the curated marketplace for third-party ABI apps published by independent domain experts. It is accessible from the main navigation and covers professional tasks across legal, financial, and other regulated fields. All apps in Appstream pass a governance review before publication. First-party built-in apps are accessible directly from the main application interface without visiting Appstream.

Majormatic currently focuses on legal work, with finance and academic research planned for upcoming releases. The platform is designed for any regulated or high-stakes professional domain where structured, auditable outputs are required.

Majormatic is model-agnostic. The platform routes tasks to appropriate AI providers based on the requirements of each app. You don't need to select or configure a model — the platform handles this. Your workflows remain stable regardless of which underlying models evolve or change.

New accounts can access an introductory period to explore the platform before committing to execution spend. For organisation-enabled and enterprise-tier accounts, contact our sales team to arrange a tailored evaluation.

Executions

An execution is one complete run of an app. Each time you submit inputs and receive a validated output, that counts as one execution — regardless of input size or output length. Failed executions due to platform issues are not charged to your wallet balance.

Failed executions are not charged against your wallet balance. If an execution fails due to a platform issue, you can retry at no cost. Input validation errors are flagged before execution begins and do not deduct from your wallet balance.

Execution troubleshooting →

Majormatic uses a metered execution model — you pay per run, and executions are deducted from your wallet balance as they occur. There are no monthly execution quotas, no expiry periods, and no rollover concept. Your wallet balance remains available until used. See pricing for details on how execution costs are calculated.

Execution time depends on app complexity. Simple apps typically complete in under 30 seconds. Complex multi-stage apps may take up to several minutes. A progress indicator is shown during execution. Do not close or refresh the browser while an execution is in progress.

Execution capacity depends on account configuration and current system load. The platform allocates governed execution capacity based on your account tier. For requirements around sustained high-volume or parallel execution, contact our sales team to discuss appropriate account configuration.

Governance & Supervision

Acknowledgement preserves professional responsibility. Outputs remain drafts until you explicitly accept them, ensuring AI never makes final decisions on your behalf. When you acknowledge an output, you confirm that you have reviewed it and accept responsibility for its professional use. This is a fundamental design principle, not an optional feature.

Trust & governance model →

No. Acknowledgement is mandatory and cannot be bypassed. It is enforced at the platform level. This is intentional — outputs must be reviewed and accepted by a qualified human before they can be used professionally.

Every execution creates an immutable audit record capturing inputs, outputs, and acknowledgement details. Audit logs support governance traceability and compliance requirements. Retention periods depend on account tier and configuration — see pricing for entitlement details. Audit records are not treated as disposable data; they exist to preserve the integrity of the governance record for each execution.

How to access audit logs →

Majormatic is designed specifically for regulated and high-stakes professional environments. The platform provides governance controls, audit trails, and human supervision requirements that support compliance. However, users remain responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with the specific regulatory requirements of their profession and jurisdiction.

Billing & Pricing

Majormatic uses an execution-based billing model. Before running an app, you are shown the per-run execution cost. The fee is deducted from your prepaid wallet balance when the execution completes successfully. There are no monthly quotas, no unused execution expiry, and no subscription buckets. Top up your wallet as needed and pay only for what you run. See the billing documentation for full details on pricing and wallet management.

Your account tier can be changed at any time. Changes to entitlement level take effect as configured. Contact support or refer to the billing documentation for details on how tier changes affect your account access and wallet configuration.

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Enterprise customers can request invoice billing with NET 30 payment terms.

Payment methods →

Wallet top-ups are generally non-refundable. We consider refund requests in cases of platform errors, billing mistakes, and qualifying circumstances within a reasonable period of the transaction. Contact support with details of the relevant transaction.

Security & Privacy

Security on Majormatic is built around strict authority separation — the user interface has no authority to make access or execution decisions. All execution is governed and logged, with role-based access control, encryption in transit and at rest, and isolation between execution environments. Every action on the platform is traceable through the audit record.

Security overview →

Yes. Majormatic Ltd processes data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. We support data subject rights including access, rectification, and erasure. Data processing agreements are available for enterprise customers.

Privacy policy →

No. We do not use your inputs or outputs to train AI models without your explicit consent. Your data is processed solely for the purpose of delivering the execution you requested.

Data is hosted on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure. Enterprise customers can request data residency options to restrict processing to specific geographies. Contact our sales team for details.

Developers

Yes. Developers can build and publish apps to Appstream. You define app specifications in JSON format — no platform code required. Apps go through a review process before publication. See our developer documentation to get started.

Developer overview →

You need basic JSON proficiency and domain expertise in your professional field. No traditional programming or software development experience is required. Apps are defined as structured specifications, not executable code.

App requirements →

Yes. Majormatic offers a revenue sharing programme for app developers. You earn a share of the execution fee each time a user runs your app. Payouts are made monthly.

Monetisation details →

Yes. A full REST API is available to eligible account tiers and organisation-enabled accounts. All API executions pass through the same governance and supervision enforcement as executions run through the main interface — API access does not bypass platform controls. See the developer documentation for integration details.
