Majormatic does not treat apps as unmanaged plugins. Every ABI App must pass structure, governance, risk, supervision, and accountability checks before the platform can execute it. Builder Governance is the rule system behind these checks.
Why Builder Governance Exists
Builder Governance protects users, Experts, enterprises, Appstream trust, and Majormatic governance. It prevents unstructured apps, hidden logic, unsafe publication, missing responsibility, and untraceable version changes.
The Governance Flow
1
Expert builds ABI App in Builder — defines inputs, workflow, outputs, governance requirements
↓
2
Builder validates structure — all 6 required files must be present and valid
↓
3
Expert tests logic — against normal, invalid, missing, and edge-case inputs
↓
4
Risk and supervision rules are checked — appropriate governance configuration confirmed
↓
5
Digital Oath is signed where required — Expert accepts professional responsibility for the version
↓
6
Appstream publication rules are applied — Expert authority, risk declaration, and governance configuration verified
↓
7
GEOS executes only valid ABI Apps — under the governance rules declared in the app

After Publication
Builder Governance does not end at publication. Appstream continuously monitors performance signals — execution success rate, failure rate, user feedback, supervision outcomes, and any disputes or audit anomalies. These signals influence app ranking and trust. Apps that fall below quality thresholds can be suspended pending review.
What Builder Governance Does Not Do
✗ Guarantee perfect outputs — professional judgement remains the Expert's responsibility
✗ Replace professional accountability — users still make final decisions
✗ Allow apps to bypass GEOS, supervision, billing, or audit
✗ Give Experts backend or infrastructure access
