The Expert Agreement defines the responsibilities, acceptable use standards, and publishing conditions that apply to all Experts who build and publish ABI Apps on Majormatic.
This page summarises the key principles of the Expert Agreement. The full legal terms are available as part of the Expert registration process. By publishing an ABI App, Experts accept these terms.
Experts are responsible for the professional correctness of the logic they design. The platform executes that logic faithfully — it does not verify whether the logic is professionally accurate. That accountability rests entirely with the Expert.
Experts may use Builder to design ABI Apps in supported professional domains. Acceptable use requires that:
An ABI App can only be published to Appstream when it meets all of the following conditions:
If any condition is not met, publication is blocked. The Expert receives a clear explanation of what must be corrected before resubmission.
The Digital Oath is the formal expression of Expert accountability. It is required before every version publication — including updates to existing apps.
"I accept professional responsibility for this execution tool version."
The oath creates a permanent record linked to the Expert's identity, the app, and the specific version. Once accepted, it cannot be revoked. If issues are discovered after publication, the Expert must release a corrected version — the original oath and version remain in the audit record.

The platform monitors published apps continuously. Apps that fall below quality thresholds are flagged, and Experts are notified with a remediation window. Persistent quality failures, conduct violations, or misuse may result in app suspension, earnings withholding, or Expert account restriction.
The platform will always explain the reason for any enforcement action and provide a defined process for the Expert to respond.
